Site Superintendent:

Seeking Working Foreman/Superintendent for Single-Family Residential Building projects in Center City Philadelphia and the Main Line suburbs. We are looking for experienced “hands on” working foreman/supervisor (minimum 5 years’ experience) to oversee high quality construction projects from small renovations through new construction.

Responsibilities:
Ensure work site is safe, and supervised with highest standards in an effective and efficient manner
Maintains daily communications with and directs the activities of subcontractors and vendors.
Serves as key personnel to the success of the project, and performs “hands on” work.
Must work closely with company management to maintain excellent lines of communication with all project participants

Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer skills including Microsoft Office and Email
Clean well groomed, professional demeanor.
Experienced in all phases of construction from site work to paint and punch list execution.
Carpentry skills, tools, and truck are required.
Competitive compensation rate commensurate with Industry experience.

Painter:

High end residential painter with  experience and an eye for detail. 40 hours minimum per week. Start immediately. All hand tools and transportation provided by candidate.

Sumer Intern:

Seeking hardworking, energetic and highly competent summer intern to assist us in promoting our company through various social media outlets.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
Establish an online presence for the company through all social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Houzz and Pinterest)
Update company website and blog with current projects and photos
Assist office staff with day to day operations.

Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a University, majoring in Communications, Marketing or Public Relations (rising Junior or Senior preferred)
Excellent and creative writing skills (must be prepared to provide samples)
This position is part-time. Stipend dependent upon experience and qualifications

General Laborer (Main Line Suburbs-Phila.)

Looking to hire an experienced laborer. Ideal candidate would be local and have experience working in residential construction. Must have valid driver’s license and clean background check. Tools and truck a plus but not required. Must be available immediately.
